2026-2027 Tuition & Fees

​Rates are consistent for self-pay & NC Opportunity Scholarship recipients.

Student Registration Fee (all students): $50 per student. This is a non-refundable fee paid by parents or guardians to secure your child’s spot for the upcoming school year. Due upon enrollment for new students and by March 2nd for returning students. 

 

Instructional Resources Fee (all Students): $500 per student. This is a non-refundable fee that covers textbooks, curriculum consumables, standardized testing materials, technology, labs, etc. Due upon enrollment for new students and by March 1st for returning students. (This fee is paid by the scholarship if you are part of that program.)

 

Facilities Fee (all students): $200 per student. This is a non-refundable fee paid directly to Cora’s Grove Church to be utilized toward electricity, internet, insurance, etc. Due annually on October 1st. (This fee is paid by the scholarship if you are part of that program.)

 

Janitorial Fee (all students): $200 per student. This is a non-refundable fee paid toward the cleaning of our school building and the consumable supplies used daily. Due annually on the 1st day of the school year. (This fee is paid by the scholarship if you are part of that program.)

 

Senior Fee (all seniors): $50 per senior. This non-refundable fee is paid by parents or guardians to provide your student’s diploma, diploma cover, and senior cords. Due on December 1st. 

 

Tuition (August 1st through May1st): Tuition may be paid in full or monthly over a 10 month period. Payments are due on the 1st of each month beginning August 1st. (Tuition is paid from the Opportunity Scholarship program directly to us each semester.)

 

Tuition Rates Per Student

  • 1st Child: $4,500.00 annually, $450.00 monthly (August - May)

  • Each Subsequent Child (10% discount): $4,050 annually, $405.00 monthly (August-May)
     

Payment Options:

  1. Cash

  2. Check: Checks made payable to Cora’s Grove Church with PCA Tuition on the memo line.

  3. Online: you may pay online and set up bank drafts through our website www.pcalion.com. There is a federal fee associated with ALL online payments; it is not issued by PCA.  This fee is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. Failure to pay the fee will result in shortage to your account and a balance will be owed to the school. 

 

Late Payment Fee: $20 applied after the 5th of each month unless school is out for holiday or break.

Returned Check Fee: $ 25

Early Withdrawal Fee: $250 per student. Enrollment is for the entire year with budgets & teacher contracts set accordingly. Early withdrawal creates a space that PCA may not be able to fill. Fees are non-refundable & no refunds on prior payments will be given. 

Kindergarten Registration is OPEN NOW! All other grades open March 1.
